Lions live from 10 to 14 in the wild sometimes they can live to 20 years. Grass helps lions keep healthy, trees help them from the sun they use them as shade. Also trees help them for hunting. Rocks help them for caves. Mud helps lions as sunscreen it also helps them cool down. Ponds help them keep hydrated in the hot sun. Lions usually hunt at night.

Lions have a big ecosystem. Male lions mane describes how healthy and their masculinity. If their mane is darker and thicker it means their healthier. Their mane also says how strong they are and scare away their enemy. Female lions usually try to find a male lion with a darker mane then a lion with no mane or a lighter mane.
